The Two Stroke Performance ERM Power Kits for KTM/HQV/GG 250/300 will transform the power delivery on your bike with the included TSP ERM (ECU Reflash Module), TSP Cylinder Head, NGK Iridium Spark Plug, and TSP Idle Bolt (Idle Bolt included with TPI models only).
Two Stroke Performance ERM:
The Two Stroke Performance/Four Stroke Performance ECU Reflash Module (ERM), the most exciting product TSP/FSP has ever created, brings new levels of tunability to the current generation of two stroke and four stroke dirt bikes. Tuning these high tech machines has become out of reach of the average rider or home mechanic, but TSP will put the power back in your hands!
The ERM comes standard with a downloadable TSP Tuned Map file (2 maps included) to suit your bike! Download your TSP Tuned Map file free of charge after the device has been registered on the ERM website. The ERM cable connects to your bike via the diagnostic plug and can be mounted to the handlebars to view live data while doing testing, but it does not need to be mounted to the bike at all times, or even at all! The TSP ERM comes from the factory without any maps installed. The unit must first be registered before the maps can be downloaded. Slavens Racing will register your ERM, download, and preinstall the maps before shipping the unit to you for an additional $30.
The ECU can be re-flashed and saved with the changes made, and then the ERM can be packed away safely. The ECU tuned with whatever changes saved will stay on the ECU unless you plug the ERM back in and make more changes. Your factory map switch lets you switch the ECU between the white (softer/richer) and green (aggressive) maps. Maps can be switched through the ERM for bikes that do not have a factory map switch. The ERM can only be paired to a single bike at a time, but it can be reset (for a fee) giving you the choice between models again.
Two Stroke Performance Cylinder Head:
Two Stroke Performance Cylinder Heads for KTM/HQV/GG 250/300, machined from solid 6061 T6 aluminum stock, offer improved performance, reliability and fuel economy. They are the best bolt on mod you can buy for your bike! Each complete head includes a ‘Cap’ which offers improved strength over stock with a factory anodized appearance, plus a combustion chamber ‘Insert’ which is interchangeable in order to tailor the power delivery to your needs.

Available inserts:
- Low Compression – Roughly the same compression ratio as stock EXC or TE, much tighter squish clearance and better design than stock, suited to Extreme Enduro, resists overheating very well, pulls from very low RPM smoothly and predictably. Still gives a noticeable change in performance over stock despite compression ratios being similar.
- Medium Compression – Higher compression ratio than stock. Gives much smoother power delivery at low/mid revs and a nice increase to bottom/mid power especially. Squish clearance is much tighter than stock. Improved fuel economy. Designed for all riders between sea level and 1500m (4900ft). The most popular option for low elevation riders. 91 octane fuel recommended under 1500m.
- High Compression – Gives a very noticeable increase to bottom/mid power plus improved smoothness. Squish clearance is much tighter than stock. Improved fuel economy. Recommended for riders who want lots more bottom/mid power but are willing to sacrifice some peak power and overrev. Due to the increase in compression ratio over the stock head this design may require a thermostat fan to be fitted for tight/technical riding. An 8 heat range plug with this head is suggested. The ‘High” comp head is lower comp than many other aftermarket heads. Designed for high elevation riders who ride 1000-1500m (3300-4900ft), who want a nice increase in torque using normal pump fuel. The most popular choice for high elevation riders. 91 octane fuel recommended.
- Very High Compression – Targeted at high elevation riders who only ride above 1500m (4900ft). It will help to make up for the power losses due to thinner air at high elevation. It is strongly suggested that you do not use this design below 1500m. At these high elevations this head design should give similar results to the Medium or High Comp heads at lower elevations.

The NGK Iridium Spark Plug is the spark plug serious enthusiasts rely on. Designed specifically for the performance enthusiast. Iridium IX® offers extreme ignitability, improved throttle response and superior anti fouling.
All kits include a BR8EiX spark plug.
Two Stroke Performance Idle Bolt (TPI models only):
The Two Stroke Performance Idle Bolt for KTM/HQV/GG TPI is a 50mm bolt and spring which replaces the stock grub screw and allows you to fine tune the idle speed on your TPI bike.
