- International Customers! YOU! The customer is responsible for all foreign customs and duty taxes imposed. Once we deliver the shipment to the International carrier, Jeff Slavens Racing, Inc. shall assume no further liability. We do not assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer. Thanks.
- Invoices/Tracking Information: Upon successful payment we will email you a copy of your invoice. Once your order is complete and ships out we will email you tracking information for your package. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder as these emails are often filtered.
- Service Suspensions: 1) **All FedEx 2nd Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees have been suspended until further notice. Refunds will not be issued for 2nd Day Air shipments that do not arrive on time. We recommend using FedEx Next Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for guaranteed delivery. 2) Due to the situation currently affecting the region, UPS and FedEx have suspended all shipments to Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia until further notice. At this time we are unable to accept, fill, or ship any orders to the affected areas.
