The Two Stroke Performance Power Kits for KTM/HQV/GG 65/85 will transform the power delivery on your bike with the included TSP Cylinder Head, TSP Ignition, Top End Rebuild Kit (85 Kits only), and a upgraded NGK Spark Plug to fit the head (`18-24 85 Kits do not include spark plug).
After more than a decade of building high performance engines for riders all over the world, TSP set their sights on creating the best bolt-on packages using the wealth of knowledge built up from all the years of dyno and track testing. These kits are designed from the beginning so that every part works together to achieve maximum results.
Two Stroke Performance Cylinder Head:
Two Stroke Performance Cylinder Heads for KTM/HQV/GG 65/85, machined from solid 6061 T6 aluminum stock, offer improved performance, reliability and fuel economy. They are the best bolt on mod you can buy for your bike! Each complete head includes a ‘Cap’ which offers improved strength over stock with a factory anodized appearance, plus a combustion chamber ‘Insert’ which is interchangeable in order to tailor the power delivery to your needs.
85 Power Kits include a 12-Degree Cylinder Head Insert for even more power! 12-degree piston/head combinations allow for ports to be open for longer and a smoother fuel charge flow. This gives performance increases across the powerband, especially top end over rev, without loss of compression. Note: 12° heads MUST be used with a 12° Piston (included).

Available insert:
- High Compression – This combustion chamber design is higher compression than stock. Designed to work with the stock base gasket thickness and give a tighter squish clearance than stock. It gives a noticeable increase to bottom/mid power plus improved peak power, resulting in better pull out of corners and improved starts off the line. It makes for a more fun and more forgiving engine that’s faster from corner to corner. 91 octane fuel recommended.
Two Stroke Performance Ignition:
The Two Stroke Performance Ignition for KTM/HQV/GG 65/85 has been tested both on the dyno and track with TSP’s custom head machining and aftermarket exhausts for the best bolt on performance.
These ignitions come pre-loaded with tried and tested TSP custom ignition maps specifically suited to the TSP Billet Cylinder Head.
Ignitions not for use with stock setups.
12-Degree Top End Rebuild Kit (85 Kits only):
Improve your 85’s or performance with Two Stroke Performance 12-Degree Piston Top End Kits for KTM/HQV/GG 85/125. Adding a 12° bevel around the outside of the piston lengthens the time the ports are open and smooths out the fuel charge flow increasing performance across the powerband, especially top end over rev. Combined with a TSP 12° Cylinder Head, a 12° piston increase your 85’s or 125’s power across the entire RPM range.

Note: All 2 stroke pistons are size A or B (KTM calls size A pistons Group 1 and size B pistons Group 2). We recommend the A kit for all engines that have less than 50 hours or engines with a re-plated cylinder. We recommend the B kit for all engines that have 50+ hours.
NGK Iridium Spark Plug (65 and `25+ 85 Kits Only):
The NGK Spark Plug is the spark plug serious enthusiasts rely on. Designed specifically for the performance enthusiast.
65 kits include a R7282-10 spark plug. A cap for the upgraded spark plug is also included.
`25+ 85 kits include a BR9ECMiX spark plug. A cap for the upgraded spark plug is also included.
