The Sphere 3.0 Hydraulic Cartridge System was designed by Dal Soggio Race Part Division in Italy. This is a factory racing works system that has refined development of a proven technology.
The Dal Soggio Sphere 3.0 Hydraulic Cartridge System for WP Xplor is a complete drop-in system using only the O.E.M. inner and outer fork tubes after removing all O.E.M. internal parts.
The Sphere 3.0 Hydraulic Cartridge System provides greater sensitivity and damping accuracy with the ability to provide increased comfort and control with greatly improved bottoming resistance. The system has a wide range of adjustability for compression and rebound damping and is preload adjustable without removing from the machine.
- The inside of the new bladder is thinner and strengthened and this makes the entire cartridge much more sensitive and precise on bleeding.
- The compression base valve has separated high speed and low speed settings, so they could be individually modified.
- The new compression piston is 36mm diameter and no longer 28mm and this increases by far the linearity of the entire front fork. But the real revolution is the “Direct Flow technology”. The piston takes the oil directly without Z passages and it gives less stress to cartridge.
