Yoshimura RS-4 Slip-on and Full Exhaust Systems for KTM
Compare Yoshimura exhaust systems to the competition and you’ll see there’s simply no match for their quality and attention to detail, which gives you confidence that you’re going to get a perfect fit and outstanding performance. Yoshimura has developed the RS-4 Slip-on and Full Exhaust Systems that delivers in every area that a rider would desires – power, sound and looks. The power that the RS-4 provides is second to none, delivering gains in peak and max horsepower as well as peak and max torque. The sound the RS-4 slip-on exhaust system provides a throatier tone and with less weight than stock, acceleration and throttle response has been improved. Finished off with Yoshimura’s own Works Finish, which takes on a unique coloring after it goes through a heat cycle on the motorcycle that looks much like those titanium works components factory racers use, and you have a winner!
The RS-4 boasts its own resonance chamber and utilizes its volume and a unique baffling system to create the sound and power that is purely Yoshimura. Both the 250 and 350 make good horsepower and torque in stock form. Nevertheless work was done to improve power in every RPM range on these twin race machines and the gains attained with the RS-4 are quite impressive. With 450’s it’s not all about creating more power, it’s about creating more usable power and the RS-4 makes it happen. Max power is increased and max torque is increased throughout the power curve. Grip it and rip it!

Slip-on or Full Exhaust System:
Slip-on Exhaust Systems are designed to utilize the stock OEM header. Depending on applications slip-ons are available as a bolt-on directly to the flange of the OE tail pipe, or with a Yoshimura tail pipe to mount the collector of the OE header. Slip-on systems do not give as much as a performance gain as a Full system, but are more cost-efficient and simple to install.
Full Exhaust Systems are designed with nothing but power in mind. By replacing the stock header a Full system further reduces weight increasing performance. Full system, however, are more costly and require a more intensive installation process.
