Dal Soggio Piston Upgrade Kit for WP 4CS & WP Xplor Forks
The Dal Soggio Piston Upgrade Kit for WP 4CS & WP Xplor Forks fork is a modification kit that changes the fork to have compression adjustment for both valves at the bottom and rebound for both sides on the top.
The Dal Soggio piston upgrade kit does this by eliminating the check valve needles and incorporates a well designed hydro-stop to prevent bottoming out. This allows for a softer feel at the beginning of the stroke. The high flow piston on the base- valve improves the feel and performance of the fork. New shim settings are included for the rebound pistons. The shim setting is pre-installed on the compression pistons.
This new system allows greater range of adjustment for the rebound and compression.
The RAY kit includes:
- 2 assembled compression units
- 2 pins with rebound calibration
- 2 compression registers to apply on the upper caps
- 2 thicknesses in order to increase the springs’ preload
The XP-One kit replaces the base-valve and the mid-valve which is not present on the stock forks. This optimizes the hydraulic control of the fork.
