Mounting Hardware and Replacement Parts for RotopaX Ultimate Outdoor Container System
There are multiple ways to mount your RotopaX Ultimate Outdoor Container System to whatever you are using them on – from ATV’s and UTV’s, 4×4’s, motorcycles, snowmobiles, watercraft, trucks, trailers- you name it! The unique designs add strength and provides extra tightening power.
Pack Mounts:
Pack Mounts are milled from solid aluminum then anodized black and finally engraved. They use a 5/16″ steel all-thread with a steel threaded insert in the base. These are not cheap injection molded plastic parts that will fail when you are 25 miles down the trail! Pack Mounts can be used with the included base plate, with a RotopaX Mount Plate, or directly by bolting up through the bottom or down through the top.

All of the pack mounts work with any of the Ultimate Outdoor Container Systems by RotopaX. They are not size specific.
Mount Plates:
RotopaX containers are designed to be mounted on any flat surface. This can be achieved in several ways: the first option is to purchase one of the various mounting plates that easily attach to most racks, trailer walls or UTVs. The second option is to fabricate your own mounting plate to attach the RotopaX Pack Mount to (for custom applications).
- Universal Single Mount Plate, L-Bracket Mount Plate, UTV Mount Plate, and Jeep Spare Tire Mount Plate are perfect for 1, 1.75, 2, and 3 gallon packs
- Universal Double Mount Plate is perfect for 4 gallon packs and 2 clipped together 2 gallon packs
Extensions:
Extensions are used when you want to stack containers on top of each other. When purchasing an extension, keep in mind that your extension size correlates with the container you will have on the base of your setup.

In order to create a complete usable kit you will need: the RotopaX Container, Pack Mount, and Mount Plate (Pack Mounts include a small, round base plate, but a larger Mount Plate may be need for your application).
