Rekluse EXP 3.0 Base Plates
The Rekluse EXP 3.0 Base Plates are replacement items for ALL Rekluse 3.0 series clutches; EXP 3.0, Core 3.0, X 3.0 and CX 3.0. If your clutch has 100+ hours and you are experiencing slipping issues or your clutch engages at a higher RPM than it should, the 3.0 base plates may need replaced.

NOTE: When diagnosing the clutch, the external fiber material on the base plates usually is not the problem. The internal ramps wear down (where the wedges slide) and cause a reduction in clutch pack pressure which causes slippage.
We recommend replacing the clutch pack at the same time the EXP base plates are replaced. Hinson offers great clutch packs for a fair price. For more info.
Fitment: Please refer to the parts list that was included with the instructions for installing your clutch to determine the part number of the base plates you need – this number is also stamped on the base plate. Note the letter on the end of the part number refers to the version and may vary. You can also find this list here by entering your make/model/year and selecting the clutch you purchased.
