Wheel Worx Brake Rotors for Yamaha
Wheel Worx Brake Rotors for Yamaha are laser cut from Japanese 420 steel, then heat treated and tempered. They are a denser material than OEM brake discs and can be used with standard or race compound brake pads.
The front disc was specifically designed as fixed/non-floating to avoid the delay engagement “click” that occurs with worn out rivets on floating discs. It also resists bending more than the stock rotor. At 270mm it fits late model Yamaha YZ/YZF bikes that utilize a 270mm front rotor. It does NOT have a magnet hole for an odometer but will fit other models as well. Take a look at the fitment tab above.
The rear discs are a scalloped – solid rotor design, which provides the benefits of a solid rotor, such as not packing up with mud, without being too heavy. With two available sizes (240mm and 245mm) they fit majority of Yamaha’s from early 2000’s to current.
