The Side Stand Switch Bypass enables removal or relocation of the sidestand or at the very least eliminates a ticking time bomb that will leave you stranded in the boonies. The OEM side stand switch is easily damaged by trail or road debris or occasionally fails on its own. If the OEM switch is damaged or fails, the computer thinks the stand is down and will shut off the engine when you put it in to gear. Remove the problem with this simple and inexpensive Side Stand Bypass/Removal Switch kit.
