K-Tech Suspension ORVS Fork Piston Kits
K-Tech Off Road Valve System (ORVS) Fork Piston Kits are a direct replacement for the WP Xplor cartridge system, WP AER system, and WP XACT cartridge system standard valving.
The WP Xplor ORVS Kit, specially designed for Enduro riding, includes complete compression and rebound assemblies with new pistons, finer adjustment needles, a new hydraulic bottoming cup which seals the cartridge tube to improve damping response time/bottoming control and new top cap adjusters with updated cap labels.
The WP AER ORVS Kit includes complete compression and rebound assemblies with new pistons & finer adjustment needle along with K-Tech’s unique billet fork cap for improved range of adjustment, giving better options for all terrains including sand, hard pack and rocks, increasing grip, cornering & maximizing overall ride quality and stability for a safer and more positive control of the motorcycle. Complete assemblies for ease of fitment.
The WP XACT ORVS Kit replaces the original compression and rebound damping assemblies along with the adjustment needles giving improved damping characteristics and wider adjustment range, enhancing overall ride quality and stability to the motorcycle for all terrains. Three different kits: Slavens Mule Roots/Rocks, wood/enduro riding or for faster cross country riding. Note: The Slavens Mule kit was designed, developed and tested by Jeff Slavens and Tracy Nichols. Compared to the other kits, it has much better compliance in rocks and roots but still stays up in the travel, has increased stability and has great bottoming resistance.
