All of our Lucky Cartridge Systems are valved with Jeff’s proprietary “Slavens Mule” valving specs for off-road/enduro/hard enduro/trail riding to include rocks, roots, logs, and all the other gnarly stuff. We now include stiffer “Do it all Mule” valving for faster trail/harescrambles/mild MX riding. I ordered this kit for 22’ 250XC trying to achieve some consistency over the aer system that had a failed aer cartridge and man did this deliver! Not only does the spring conversion add consistency but the valving also immediately showed how good it works in the nasty conditions that the PNW offers. I still have yet to use the included “do it all valving” so I can’t speak on that, but as far as this goes out of the box, I am very happy with this purchase. Only con I have seen so far is that MxTech requires a proprietary socket for the fork cap.

Thank you for the review! While the MX-Tech Fork Cap Socket is the best option for tightening the fork cap, a pin spanner wrench can also be used.
