K-Tech Suspension ORVS Fork Piston Kits

K-Tech Off Road Valve System (ORVS) Fork Piston Kits are a direct replacement for the WP Xplor cartridge system, WP AER system, WP XACT cartridge system, WP Xplor 5548, Sachs/ZF cartridge system, and KYB 48mm closed cartridge standard valving.

• WP Xplor ORVS Kit

  • The WP Xplor ORVS Kit is specially designed for Enduro riding. Includes complete compression and rebound assemblies with new pistons, finer adjustment needles, a new hydraulic bottoming cup. As a result this seals the cartridge tube to improve damping response time/bottoming control. New top cap adjusters with updated cap labels are also included.

• WP AER ORVS Kit

  • The WP AER ORVS Kit includes complete compression and rebound assemblies with new pistons & finer adjustment needle. Additionally, K-Tech’s unique billet fork cap improves range of adjustment, giving better options for all terrains including sand, hard pack, and rocks. Results are increased grip, cornering, and maximizing overall ride quality and stability for a safer and more positive control of the motorcycle. Not to mention complete assemblies make fitment a breeze.

• WP XACT ORVS Kit

  • The WP XACT ORVS Kit replaces the original compression and rebound damping assemblies along with the adjustment needles. This creates improved damping characteristics and wider adjustment range, enhancing overall ride quality and stability to the motorcycle for all terrains. Together with three different kits: Slavens Mule Roots/Rocks, wood/enduro riding, or cross country riding, everyone is covered.

• • Note: The Slavens Mule kit was designed, developed, and tested by Jeff Slavens and Tracy Nichols. Compared to the other kits, it has much better compliance in rocks and roots but still stays up in the travel, has increased stability, and great bottoming resistance.

  • The WP Xplor 5548 Kit has been designed for road and off road use to give enhanced damping control over the original equipment. Not only giving comfort but also confidence to the rider. Lastly all piston kits are supplied as a complete assembly with new control valves and needles to give a more precise range of adjustment.

  • The Sachs/ZF Kit is a direct replacement for the Sachs/ZF cartridge systems. Furthermore the ORVS includes complete compression and rebound assemblies with new pistons and finer adjustment needles improving damping response.

• Olle 43mm Kit

  • The Olle 43mm Kit is a replacement valve system for the X-Trainer Open Cartridge forks. The ORVS replaces the original damping assemblies, which is enhanced with a new rebound adjustment needle. Also included is a new adjustable compression assembly giving improved damping characteristics and a wider range of compression and rebound damping adjustment. Results include enhanced overall ride quality and stability to the motorcycle for all terrains.

  • The KYB Kit is a precision-engineered piston kit designed to elevate the performance of KYB 48mm closed cartridge enduro forks.
