At Slavens Racing, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we make returns and exchanges quick and easy. Please review the guidelines below before sending anything back.
1. How to Start a Return
Before sending back any product, please contact our team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You can reach us by phone, email, or Live Chat. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
2. Return Window & Eligibility
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging (including boxes, tags, manuals, and accessories).
- Items not meeting these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20%, depending on the product’s condition upon inspection.
- Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage will not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Shipping Instructions
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.
- No C.O.D. packages will be accepted.
- Do not place shipping labels or tape directly on product boxes (e.g., helmet or boot boxes).
- Use a sturdy outer shipping carton and proper padding to prevent damage during transit.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package.

4.Refunds & Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used on the order.
- If a gift card was used for part of the purchase, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- For expired credit cards, a refund check will be mailed to the address on file—please inform us during the RMA process if your card has expired.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Apparel purchases qualify for a one-time free size exchange (U.S. customers only).
- The item must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll promptly ship your replacement item.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used chemicals, oils, or lubricants
- Acid-filled batteries
- Certain electrical components (to prevent installation damage or testing contamination)
- All closeout or clearance items
7. Warranties
Slavens Racing proudly stands behind the products we sell.
- Most products are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty.
- Some warranty issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer, but we will assist whenever possible to ensure a smooth resolution.
- We will advocate for you to help resolve any legitimate manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
