Please contact us via phone, email or Live Chat for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All undamaged items received within 30 days from the date of purchase will be accepted for return.
Customers will be responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred to return the item to Slavens Racing unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted. Do not place shipping labels directly on product packaging. Example: helmet or boot boxes. Items should be in original packaging and placed in a shipping container with any needed packaging to insure no damage occurs during shipping.
ALL returned items must be in new, unused condition and in original undamaged packaging for a full refund, less shipping and fees. All items not returned in new, unused condition and in original undamaged packaging will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20%. The restocking fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product(s) returned.
Apparel purchases have a one time FREE size exchange (U.S. customers ONLY).
The following items cannot be returned: Chemicals that have been opened, acid filled batteries, some electrical items and all close out/clearance items.
Refunds will be used to pay for exchange orders or issued to the payment methods on the original order. If a gift card was used to partially pay for the order, the gift card will be refunded first, and then the other forms of payment next. If a credit card was used, that has now expired, a refund check will be sent to the mailing address on the account. When calling for a return authorization, please let the Customer Service Representative know if the card used has expired.
Warranties:
Jeff Slavens Racing, Inc. will stand behind all products we sell with regards to manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. Most products are limited to the manufactures warranty. Some warranty issues will need to be addressed with the manufacturer. However, we will do everything in our power to take care of the problem.
