KTM 250,300 SX Cylinder Kits

Turn your KTM 250 into a 300  with a complete bolt-on kit. These kits have the upgraded 2012 port design that gives more low-end torque and overall horsepower than previous year models. You can now upgrade your ‘08-’12 250 by turning it in to a 300 or you can upgrade your ‘08-’11 300 to the ‘12 specifications with this quick and easy bolt-on kit. Runs on PUMP FUEL. Does NOT require new pipe/silencer. ALL ‘08-’12 250/300 pipes fit and perform correctly.

This complete SX cylinder kit includes:

• 2012 300 cylinder
• 2012 300 SX cylinder head (higher compression than stock 300)
• The increased compression delivers more low-end and mid-range performance
• Vertex piston kit (o.e.m.)
• All powervalve parts
• All top-end gaskets & o-rings
• CDI ignition box (XC/XC-w)

KTM 250,300 Slavens SX Mule Cylinder Kits (includes everything listed above plus porting/machining)

The Slavens Mule Cylinder Kit,with included porting and machining, provides a significant boost to the low-end and mid-range torque and horsepower. It’s NOT a minor change that you can barely notice, it’s a major boost. The increased torque and horsepower produces smooth power delivery which makes it much easier to ride, increases traction, and enables using a taller gear in many situations. These mods, when combined with correct jetting or a Slavens Mountain Jet Kit (for the mountain cylinder kit only) , increase fuel mileage.

All machining will have the compression ratio adjusted to work in the elevation range in which they will be ridden. (example: engines to be used at low elevation will have a lower compression ratio than engines designed for mountain use only)
