VFORCE4 Product Information

WHAT IS THE VFORCE4 REED VALVE SYSTEM?
The Moto Tassinari VForce4 reed valve system is a complete replacement for your existing stock/OEM reed valve that offers many performance advantages.

WHAT DOES THE VFORCE4 DO?
The VForce4 aids in performance by eliminating the stock restrictive reed valve, with a design that is much more efficient and typically offers increased reed petal life as well.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER INSTALLING THE VFORCE4 REED VALVE SYSTEM?
Dyno testing shows an immediate horsepower gain of anywhere from 5-10% through the majority of the powerband. The VForce also greatly increases throttle response and acceleration, while also broadening the peak power.

WHAT'S INVOLVED WITH INSTALLING THE VFORCE4 REED VALVE SYSTEM?
Simply remove the stock reed cage assembly and replace with the VForce reed valve system. The VForce is truly a simple bolt-in. If you're able to check your reeds for wear (which you really should be doing at least annually) then you have all the skills necessary to install a VForce reed valve system.

ARE THE REED PETALS REPLACEABLE? CAN I DO THIS MYSELF?
Yes the reed petals are completely replaceable by the end user. The entire VForce3 reed valve line completely "screw-free". The entire assembly literally snaps together, making reed petal changes truly a "snap".

The E-Starter System Bushing and Shim Kit includes all of the bushings and shims needed to rebuild the auxiliary drive portion of the electric starter system. The Scott’s Steering Damper is the industry leader for quality, performance, and customer service. It is by far the best damper on the market. It is a compact, fully adjustable, hydraulic shock absorbing damper that mounts to your steering head area right above or below your handlebar mount. By helping to stabilize the front end of your motorcycle, the rear of the motorcycle will track straighter allowing the rest of your suspension to work better. In addition, the Scott’s Steering Stabilizer eliminates that sudden “jolt” affect of having the handlebars pulled from your hands after unknowingly hitting something unforeseen like rocks, tree roots or rain ruts. It has also helps to minimize rider fatigue and the dreaded arm-pumping situation that occurs while wrestling the front end of your bike. Once mounted, it dramatically reduces the unwanted phenomenon known as “head-shake” that is commonly found on all off-road production motorcycles. It helps keep your motorcycle going straight in the whoops and smooths out those rough sections by preventing those handlebar wrenching jolts.

One of the most important features is the fully adjustable, separate high speed valving system, similar to the high speed adjustment in your shock. This is a huge advantage over other stabilizers.  Some competitors claim to have a high speed valve, but most of them don’t.  Since the stabilizer is literally a little shock absorber controlling the unwanted left to right motion of your bars, it only makes sense that you would want to have a separate circuit that absorbs the impacts exceeding the normal range of hits, similar to the high speed valving in your shock.  Most impacts and head-shake at the front wheel are ” high speed” movements. On the other hand, turning is generally a low speed movement. If you don’t like the feeling the stabilizer provides in turns or while flying a SX jump, you can adjust it out and still retain its ability to absorb high speed impacts.  No other stabilizer has this feature.  Why?  Because it’s expensive to build and complicated to copy.   Not only is the damping rate and high speed circuit adjustable, but the arc of movement over which it operates is also adjustable, we call those sweep controls.   So in summary, the Scotts Stabilizer has 3 fully adjustable circuits, all of which are critical to any stabilizers ability to function correctly.

Another important feature on the off-road units is that the Scotts Stabilizer only dampens as the handlebar turns away from center. The handlebar “free-valves” back to dead straight. This feature makes the bike want to go straight, all by itself. This is another huge advantage over other stabilizers. It also boasts a damping control this is adjustable on the fly. It only takes two seconds of one handed riding to change the damping, similar to the time it would take to pull a tear-off lens away.

Splitstream Racing Products developed a special fuel tank pre-filter screen that drops-in under the fuel tank cap for KTMs and Husabergs with 3/4 turn gas caps. All models require clean fuel for proper performance but the new fuel injected models are very sensitive to small particles like dirt, sand, plastic slivers, rust flakes and other debris entering the fuel system. This can result in blocking/damaging the fuel pump and finally block and even destroy the fuel injection nozzle . Most fuel injector nozzles have 50 or 60 micron nozzle holes but the Splitstream has a very fine 25 micron mesh which will eliminate clogged/damaged injectors . The Splitstream pre-filter is fuel resistant and always stays in place in the fuel tank.

Even though operating pressures and temperatures in motorcycles are moderate when compared to a car or truck, there are some specific factors to be considered. 
Enduro or motocross forks are the most demanding applications due to a long stroke, high speed and contaminated operating conditions. In addition, there are special dust protection requirements due to the exposed position of the fork and the absence of protective bellows.

In these applications the rider is in direct contact with the front suspension via the handlebars. Therefore, the smoothness of fork movement is vital, as it has a considerable impact on steering behavior.

The Scott’s Steering Damper is the industry leader for quality, performance, and customer service. It is by far the best damper on the market. It is a compact, fully adjustable, hydraulic shock absorbing damper that mounts to your steering head area right above or below your handlebar mount. By helping to stabilize the front end of your motorcycle, the rear of the motorcycle will track straighter allowing the rest of your suspension to work better. In addition, the Scott’s Steering Stabilizer eliminates that sudden “jolt” affect of having the handlebars pulled from your hands after unknowingly hitting something unforeseen like rocks, tree roots or rain ruts. It has also helps to minimize rider fatigue and the dreaded arm-pumping situation that occurs while wrestling the front end of your bike. Once mounted, it dramatically reduces the unwanted phenomenon known as “head-shake” that is commonly found on all off-road production motorcycles. It helps keep your motorcycle going straight in the whoops and smooths out those rough sections by preventing those handlebar wrenching jolts.

One of the most important features is the fully adjustable, separate high speed valving system, similar to the high speed adjustment in your shock. This is a huge advantage over other stabilizers.  Some competitors claim to have a high speed valve, but most of them don’t.  Since the stabilizer is literally a little shock absorber controlling the unwanted left to right motion of your bars, it only makes sense that you would want to have a separate circuit that absorbs the impacts exceeding the normal range of hits, similar to the high speed valving in your shock.  Most impacts and head-shake at the front wheel are ” high speed” movements. On the other hand, turning is generally a low speed movement. If you don’t like the feeling the stabilizer provides in turns or while flying a SX jump, you can adjust it out and still retain its ability to absorb high speed impacts.  No other stabilizer has this feature.  Why?  Because it’s expensive to build and complicated to copy.   Not only is the damping rate and high speed circuit adjustable, but the arc of movement over which it operates is also adjustable, we call those sweep controls.   So in summary, the Scotts Stabilizer has 3 fully adjustable circuits, all of which are critical to any stabilizers ability to function correctly.

Another important feature on the off-road units is that the Scotts Stabilizer only dampens as the handlebar turns away from center. The handlebar “free-valves” back to dead straight. This feature makes the bike want to go straight, all by itself. This is another huge advantage over other stabilizers. It also boasts a damping control this is adjustable on the fly. It only takes two seconds of one handed riding to change the damping, similar to the time it would take to pull a tear-off lens away.

WP Cone Valve Technology

With current MX forks a lot of compression damping is required. To create better comfort, most suspension tuners concentrate on changing the check valve setting.

Previous check valve settings have been a compromise between:

Even though operating pressures and temperatures in motorcycles are moderate when compared to a car or truck, there are some specific factors to be considered. 
Enduro or motocross forks are the most demanding applications due to a long stroke, high speed and contaminated operating conditions. In addition, there are special dust protection requirements due to the exposed position of the fork and the absence of protective bellows.

In these applications the rider is in direct contact with the front suspension via the handlebars. Therefore, the smoothness of fork movement is vital, as it has a considerable impact on steering behavior.

SKF Fork Seal Kits
SKF seal kits for motorcycle forks consist of an oil seal and a wiper seal developed to achieve superior sealing performance without stiction.

As a result of SKF's extensive experience in the design and material development of seals for suspension systems, SKF has developed a new self-lubricating compound. The design and performance characteristics of the seals made from this compound enable them to keep oil in and contaminants out of the fork, while virtually eliminating stiction and improving performance by reducing friction.

Sub Mount Kit (uses stock triple clamp)

One of the most important features is the fully adjustable, separate high speed valving system, similar to the high speed adjustment in your shock. This is a huge advantage over other stabilizers.  Some competitors claim to have a high speed valve, but most of them don't.  Since the stabilizer is literally a little shock absorber controlling the unwanted left to right motion of your bars, it only makes sense that you would want to have a separate circuit that absorbs the impacts exceeding the normal range of hits, similar to the high speed valving in your shock.  Most impacts and head-shake at the front wheel are " high speed" movements. On the other hand, turning is generally a low speed movement. If you don't like the feeling the stabilizer provides in turns or while flying a SX jump, you can adjust it out and still retain its ability to absorb high speed impacts.  No other stabilizer has this feature.  Why?  Because it's expensive to build and complicated to copy.   Not only is the damping rate and high speed circuit adjustable, but the arc of movement over which it operates is also adjustable, we call those sweep controls.   So in summary, the Scotts Stabilizer has 3 fully adjustable circuits, all of which are critical to any stabilizers ability to function correctly.

Another important feature on the off-road units is that the Scotts Stabilizer only dampens as the handlebar turns away from center. The handlebar "free-valves" back to dead straight. This feature makes the bike want to go straight, all by itself. This is another huge advantage over other stabilizers. It also boasts a damping control this is adjustable on the fly. It only takes two seconds of one handed riding to change the damping, similar to the time it would take to pull a tear-off lens away.

The F2 Racing Fast-Cap is a new product that came about as a result of their testing on the world's fastest dirt bike. At sustained higher speeds the bike would start to run lean because it was running out of fuel. The design of the stock float bowl cap allows fuel to flow away from the center where the jets are fed. The F2 Fast-Cap is designed to keep the fuel supply constant.

The benefit is amazing! At sustained full throttle, like in super-moto or desert racing, you can see more consistent and higher top-speed. On the world's fastest dirt bike, they were able to pull 800 more RPM and 6 miles per hour top speed with no other modifications. The new RNP Bullseye for KTM, Honda & Yamaha is the final word in airflow improvement for your carburetor.

The reason that it works so much better than any other splitting device is simple. Air velocity increases when running along a surface. The carburetor only has two surfaces, the opposite sides of the bore and in the middle of the bore velocity is at its lowest. Other carburetor air splitting devices currently available offer four surfaces. Each side of the bore and each side of the wing. The Bullseye provides twelve surfaces. Each chamber has three surfaces, times four chambers. The velocity is three times greater than that of competing devices.

Not only does it reduce the incoming air turbulence, but the velocity is increased at all throttle openings. The results of the Bullseye are more power everywhere, bottom to top, not just on the bottom like other carburetor splitting devices.

There is increased throttle response at all throttle openings and less chance of stalling in tight, low rpm situations. The increased velocity requires leaner jetting that improves fuel mileage.

Nuetech TUbliss® tire core system is essentially a high pressure rim lock and seal that secures the entire tire bead to the rim, completely eliminating the use of a conventional tube. It allows you to run a low tire pressure (as low as 6 psi) which dramatically improves traction; especially important for off-road riding and racing. Since there's no conventional tube the days of pinched tubes and flats are over!

Even if you get a tire puncture the bead stays seated to the rim. The 120 psi inner bladder literally clamps the entire bead and side wall of the tire to the rim, providing full bead lock performance around the full circumference of the rim. The seal is formed against the inside of the tire itself, not the rim, so it holds the tire firmly and makes the sidewalls stay upright and absorb the full impact, unlike bending and deflection you get with conventional tubes. Because of the design, the Nuetech TUbliss® tire core system will even work with the most dented, dinged, or tweaked rim.
